Breakfast can be a tough one to find some great eats - it's so simple but to find a great place you want somewhere that either does the basics really well, or has some great unique options (that aren't too crazy). But don't worry, I've done the looking for you - here's the best in Brisbane.
Morning After
West End
Hands down the best breakfast Brisbane has to offer is the ever busy Morning After. Parking is very hard to find, and on weekend you'll often to have to wait for a table but if you can survive all that you'll be greeted with amazing coffee and delicious food like these pork belly Benedict, and fried corn fritters.
Nodo Donuts
Newstead, Camp Hill, and Southbank
Another Cafe that takes breakfast to another level is Nodo Donuts. They're beautiful cafes but its not table service, but that just gives you longer to look at their yummy baked goods. The coffee frappe is a must, vegan and made on wattle seed caramel it's amazing, and the eggs Benedict on a kimchi crumpet with leg ham was so delicious.
Lobby Bar at the Calile Hotel
New Farm
The Calile lobby car is elegant, refined, and has great food - and even better coffee. This omelette with bacon and salad was such a perfect breakfast, and the coffee was one of the best I've had.
