XO Resturaunt

Road trip series!

📍Canberra, @xorestaurant

This was seriously on the best meals I had across the entire eastern coast of Australia! It’s in a suburban part of Canberra (although I’ve been told this where most restaurants in Canberra are located) but inside you’d think you were in a glamorous city location. It’s both calming and sophisticated. They only do a set menu, but it’s really great value for 5 course for $50.

The first picture is a dish called tahu sumbat, which was slices of tofu with green apple slices and peanut crumble and oh lord was it delicious.

The second picture consists of barramundi (which was so fresh and in the most incredible sauce). As well as stir fried garlic stems which I’ve never had before but they were so good! Really crunchy and the perfect level of spicy.

They also have a really great cocktail menu!

I was so blown away by this place. If you live in Canberra I would highly recommend!!
