Sul Bing

This was a delicious Oreo bingsu and mango sundae. If you don’t know, a bing su is a shaved ice dessert. But don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s crunchy, the ice is softer than snow. It’s surprisingly so refreshing despite being creamy and sweet. The sundae also had fresh mango, corn flakes, and a sweet cream in it, it was so delicious. 
Next time you’re in the CBD, for a hot days snack or an after dinner treat I for sure think this place is worth your time to check out. This was there express location which is a takeaway joint next to the melb central tram stop, but they also have an actual restaurant in the cbd too.
