St Ali

Found a new favourite breakfast spot

Finally went to @st_ali after literally years of having it on my list and it lived up to all my expectations.

The venue is really beautiful, and there’s a little grocer section to it which has some of the best products from Melbourne’s small businesses.

The menu is an all day menu so it’s really varied which I love. The only downside is that it is quite expensive. We got the ‘my Mexican cousin’ ie. corn fritters, and scrambled eggs with bacon. Both were really great. I would 100% order both again. The Halloumi crumb on the fritters dish was such a great textual layer and so unique, however I do wish the dish was less sweet and had some spice to it.

The service was also very fast and friendly.

I would highly recommend you try this place out for a great brunch!!
