This lunch was so delicious I’ve wanted to go back ever since! It’s such a fun place in Torquay and it’s always busy. I tried their Bahn mi special and it was great but this dish definitely stole the show. It felt light but still very filling! It has cut up spring rolls in a salad filled with vermicelli noodles, crunchy vegetables, tons of fresh herbs, and a fabulous fish sauce dressing.
And if you haven’t tried Vietnamese ice coffee you really should, it’s a long term love of mine. The coffee slowly drips over condensed milk, so it’s strong and sweet and then you pour it over ice. I’ve never liked cold brew because I find it too watered down so if you feel the same I’d still give this a shot!
