Who doesn’t love a parmi? This delicious one is from @peregianbeachhotel on the Sunshine Coast, along side some delicious seafood pasta, and pear and rocket salad. This ‘pub’ is so great! I use air quotes becasue it’s way too open and breezy and vibey to truly be called a pub. This the place for a long lunch with friends or dinner over the footy. I loved the seafood pasta becasue it was so unique, it has jalapeños, capers, and red onion and the Britney flavours paired really well with the seafood which was so so fresh. Next time your down at the beach give this place a try!
