This breakfast was divine! A perfect mix between Italian deli favourites and breakfast classics. 
The prosciutto here is some of the best you can find in Brisbane and they are so generous with their servings in this breakfast! In general the serving was super generous actually, I could have shared this and still been happy.  It was so light, refreshing, and satisfying. 
If you’re a coffee snob - the coffee isn’t as great as you’d expect but it’s still good. 
It’s very busy on weekends so don’t go when you’re in a rush, you’ll probably have to line up. But definitely check it out the next time you want sometimes more interesting than bacon and eggs!
