Absolutely blown away by @honto.restaurant . Brisbane needed a restaurant like this and I’m so glad we got it! 

Behind an unmarked door in an alleyway/parking lot behind the whickham you walk into a dark, moody, and glamorous restaurant. 

They serve stellar food, and get this - the 10 course banquet is only $75pp! In this you get (not pictured): edamame and avocado dip with lotus chips (insanely good), butter lettuce salad, and pictured is 1. Salmon tartar chip, 2. Tuna handrolls, 3. ponzu kingfish, 4. Potato crisps with whipped Bonito (amazing!!), 5. Karage buns, 6. Pork gyoza, 7. Beef short rib, and 8. Peach and lychee granita with jasmine tea meringue. 

I cannot stress how indulgent, exciting, and boujee it felt to get course after course of to-die-for food. They also had some great cocktails! If you like Japanese food and are in Brisbane you MUST go here!!
