I can’t lie this food is photogenic but is it that good? 

I am so torn with this restaurant. I think their feed me deal is such great value at $42.50 for 5 dishes between 2, and I love that you can choose the dishes unlike a typical banquet menu. The atmosphere inside is also really great, but if you’re sitting outside I wouldn’t go back (if you care about the vibes). The food was also good, but everything was a little too sweet. Their cocktail menu is also pretty good. 

The service was where I was let down a little. Despite booking two weeks in advance (over the phone) we were sat outside which was really disappointing. not only that but our table took around 20 minutes to be ready after our booking time, and as a group of 4 we were sat at a table for 2 (and weren’t even given the extra place settings until our second dish came out) which led me to believe that they must have overbooked or something of the sort. 

Overall, the food was good but too sweet and the service wasn’t great so I think there are better places in Melbourne to go (like @ricepaprscrs for a similar vibe). 

If you do end up going the dishes I’d recommend would be the sticky beef ribs and the sashimi.
