I’ve written a review once on this place about dinner, but man was I sleeping on their breakfast! I originally went here with my friend who is new to Brisbane simply because I thought it was a nice part of Brisbane to see - not expecting anything crazy from the breakfast menu but damn did I underestimate them. I have been craving this breakfast ever since! 

Their menu is so varied from Greek French toast to bacon and eggs to avgolemono soup, it was so hard to choose. I went with the one that I’ve seen all over Instagram, a little hesitant that it was only ordered for because it looks good rather than that tastes good but thank fuck I did. It is boiled eggs (doesn’t sound good to me at least but don’t let that fool you) on a really long piece of crunchy toast with taramasalata and bottargo. ngl I didn’t know what these things were before ordering lol but they’re a fish roe dip and cured fish roe - but don’t let that scare you it’s not overly fishy and it pairs really well with the eggs. I’m not massive fish person and lowkey wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known (I know I’m lame) but I am so so glad I did. Seriously try it. It’s also a massive serving!! I added bacon but it didn’t need it at all, I also don’t remember paying $12 for bacon but that’s what the menu says and that’s insane I can’t believe I did that lol. Also use all the lemon it breaks through the flavours so perfectly! 

I only tried a little of the scramble but it was also great, it had tomato and feta cooked into it so it was super flavourful. 

The French toast was amazing but very sweet so only order if you have a sweet tooth!

The coffee was also fabulous. And the view of the pool and the setting is all so perfect. Seriously one of the best places in Brisbane! Go try it now!!!
