Hakata Gensuke

Ask for recommendations for the best ramen and Melbourne and you’ll no doubt hear the reply Hakata Gensuke. To be completely honest I don’t know why.

The noodles are so skinny, like angel hair pasta skinny. I personally did not like this at all. Also the fire ramen level 1 was so spicy it was no longer enjoyable, and I love spice. 

Overall it just didn’t have the rich comforting taste I crave from ramen. I likely won’t be going back.
