Gilson

This restaraunt did not live up to the hype. The food wasn't very flavourful nor is it particularly unique. The tomato sauce reminded me of a jarred sauce. The best meal of the night was the pesto. While not bad, there is an overwhelming amount of great italian in Melbourne and this missed the mark.
