Etna

Etna is an absolutely incredible pizza restaraunt in Brisbane. If you want pizza but want to feel elegant this is the best place to go. The flavours are unique, and the ingredients used are clearly high quality. The venue is dark and moody, and would be perfect for a date night. The staff are really lovely, and the owners are very hands on and clearly have a passion and dedication for what they do. The restaraunt is a little expensive, but its clearly a nice night out and I think its worth it. 
 
I highly reccomend the Diavola (salami), Mantovana (pumpking and sausage), and Tartufata (truffle and proscuitto). I have tried a couple of their pastas and they haven't excited me in the same way the pizza does.
