Newbie on the block serving looks @elementi.restaurant

✨stracciata (prosciutto and stracciatella), mortadella, and salame pizzas

Elementi opened earlier this year in paddington and it is giving Brisbane Italian institutions a run for their money. You can’t be surprised when it’s owned by experts directly from Julius and beccofino!

All of the dishes here were amazing - especially the pizzas. If you are looking for a lockdown treat I would highly recommend getting a couple of these. 

Not that it’s relevant atm but the vibes aren’t insanely good at lunch so if you care about atmosphere I’d save it for a dinner booking 😊

Next time you want Italian you definitely need to try this one out! 

Btw the menu has changed now but I have no doubts it will still be amazing.
