Beautiful steaks from @breakfastcreekhotel ✨wagyu striploin with chips, Cesar salad, and pepper gravy ($45)✨calamari ($16)✨grilled broccolini ($8)✨mac and cheese ✨cheesy garlic bread ($10)Breakfast creek is a Brisbane classic, and my personal favourite part is the Spanish garden. The setting is pretty, and it’s table service unlike the rest of the pub. The steaks here are as good as a pub feed gets. I personally didn’t love this cut in particular, I usually get the eye fillet and think I should have stuck with that. In saying that it was still pretty good, and their steaks always hit the mark. The sides are also quite elevated for a pub, I would definitely recommend the broccolini. However didn’t love the Cesar salad (although my brother did). If you want a good steak that you don’t need to dress up for or break that bank for - this is it!
