Bowltiful Noodles

Sooo delicious. 
I’ve wanted to try bowltiful for literally years and I’m so glad I finally did. The fit out of the store is beautiful and elevated while still being very casual. You can choose between so many noodle toppings, from soups to dry. And you can customise the thickness of your noodles.
We got a thin noodle with the brisket soup and a flat noodle with the soybean paste sauce. Both were really great. The soup was super flavourful and not oily or overly spicy. The soybean had a great richness and depth of flavourful. The noodles for both are handmade and hand pulled right in front of you, they are really bouncy, some of the best noodles I’ve had. It’s a close call but I personally liked the soup one slightly more. 
They also have a menu of cold sides but honestly I’d save my money there. The bao buns were really delicious as well as the lamb skewers. But for me I’d really be going back for the noodles. 
Over all would highly recommend!!
