Consistently one of my favourite places @bistroc on Hastings Street in Noosa. Bistro C has the best food, all meals of the day but breakfast there has always been my favourite. They do everything perfectly - a great mixture between classics done right and unique dishes to explore. Also this location? Right on main beach - it’s absolutely beautiful. This dish was the corn and chive waffle with eggs - a great go to! The only downside is that parking is horrendous in Noosa Heads, especially during peak tourist seasons, and they don’t take bookings so depending on the day/time there could be a decent wait, especially if you’re with a group (but I’ve found that if there’s just 2 people you usually get seated pretty fast). Next time you’re at the beach you definitely need to try this place out!
