Billy’s Pine and Bamboo

Some of the most authentic Chinese food I’ve had in Australia from Billy’s Pine and Bamboo in Cannon Hill 
This is where I spent Chinese New Year and it was delicious. It’s a small local business and you can see the love in the food. 
Their Peking duck was a standout - when you order it you can choose between 2 or 3 courses. We got the duck pancakes and duck san Choy bow. The pancakes were different to any I’ve had before, they only used the crispy skin and saved the meat for the second course. Check out my reels to see how they serve it.
