Bill's
Breakfast from @billsaustralia š
I had heard so much about this place that I absolutely just had to try it - but I donāt think it lived up to the hype.
The interior of the Darlinghurst store was amazing, and the vibes were immaculate for a brunch. The service was also really top notch. However while the food was good, it wasnāt what I was expecting nor do I think it was worth the money. The fritters were deep fried which I know happens at a few places, but I donāt get it.
An ultra crispy fritter which feels really unhealthy and didnāt have that much flavour isnāt my vibe. Along with the scrambled eggs - they looked so silky from the outside, but I soon realised they were just a block. The avocado toast was pretty, but nothing special going on and not the greatest serving size.
Overall I think that it was nice to go and worth it for the vibes, itās definitely not a bad breakfast so itās a great place to try if you live in Sydney, but if youāre visiting and only have a few places you can try Iād give this one a skip. Definitely not the āinstitutionā that the internet made it out to be.
